• Footwear Policy: MAY need to be removed upon entry and carried with bags provided.
• Numbers Handed Out: Starting at 9 AM for the first hour of the sale (to manage the line). You will not need a number once the line goes down. This is just for the start of the sale.

Site Specific Pick up information
- If you are UNABLE to pick up, PLEASE HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE pick up items on your behalf. Provide them with your order confirmation number(s).
- An appointment is not required if you purchased regular-sized lots “drop in” between 11 am and 2 pm on pick up day.
- Please “Schedule” a pick up on the store site online for multiple orders and large items including furniture, and vehicles.
- (Go to the top left hand corner of the site). REMEMBER THERE ARE 2 PICK UP LOCATIONS FOR THIS SALE.
- Purchaser’s responsibility to arrange pick up of items from the pick up locations of the sale at the designated pick up LOCATION AND TIME AS NOTED.
- Write down your order numbers and present this to the greeter at time of pick up. We will assign you a table.
- Products must be examined carefully on site. Any concerns need to be addressed prior to leaving the property.
- No refunds will be processed once items are off the property.
- Any items not picked up before the established closing time may be donated to charity.Information herein deemed reliable but not guaranteed.

If you are unwell or requiring to self-isolate, please stay home and have someone pick up the items on your behalf.
Purchaser’s responsibility to arrange pick-up of items from the pick-up location of the sale at the designated pick-up time.
All item disputes must be addressed prior to leaving the property. No refunds will be processed once the customer has left the property.
Any items not picked up before the established closing time may be donated to charity unless other arrangements are made.
Schedule a pick-up for large furniture items and/or large orders.
